The term holistic gets thrown around a lot these days, however, it is a critical concept in effectively achieving your health goals. The truth is that unless your whole self is healthy, the parts will never be healed.
What does this mean for you?
Health isn't only comprised of the number on a scale, the results from your doctor or how many glasses of water you drink in a day. It's also the thoughts in your mind, the fulfillment you get from your career and the relationships in which you surround yourself. If one of these elements if misaligned, you may be hindering your other health goals.
