Private Cooking Classes
Feel like you need a little more hands on help in the kitchen? My Wellness by Kristen Private Cooking Classes are designed to fit your specific needs and the areas you feel most challenged by in your kitchen.
All classes are centered around whole, real foods and I utilize local, seasonal ingredients as much as possible.
- 15 minute consultation to discuss what you'd like to learn or improve
- 1.5 hour cooking lesson in your kitchen focused on specific challenges and dietary needs
- Kitchen & pantry evaluation to identify keys areas to improve in order to make cooking more enjoyable
- After class kitchen cleanup
- Post class followup (via e-mail) to discuss any questions or concerns
- All ingredients for the lesson are included
